Prenatal & Postpartum Massage

Caring for clients from pre-conception through postpartum is a passion of ours.

We’ve taken over 80 hours of specialized training to not only perform a safe massage during pregnancy, but to give treatments that address many of the common physical complaints of pregnancy. In the 2nd and 3rd trimesters of pregnancy, we incorporate Maya Abdominal Therapy to help align the body for a more efficient labor and birth.

For postpartum bodywork, we incorporate warming body therapies and Maya Abdominal Therapy to aid in the body’s healing. It is safe to receive a massage as soon as baby is born, this includes vaginal or cesarean birth. Want a massage but, not ready to come to the office? We will bring the massage bliss to your house! Check out our services page for more information. Baby is always welcome with you in the office as well!
