Our styles of therapy are appropriate for all ages and genders. We use a variety of integrative touch modalities— therapeutic massage, cranial sacral therapy, myofascial release work—to create a session that meets your body exactly where it is at. Each session is catered to you and your body's needs. No two sessions are the same. Aromatherapy, hot stones, and vacuum cupping are all included add-ons with your massage!

This ancient, traditional bodywork involves bringing flow and healing to the abdominal "container", both front and back. Typically, 3-4 professional sessions, one per month, is recommended at the beginning of treatment.

Introductory session: 120 min $225 Includes: thorough health intake, the use of sage or palo santo bundles, castor oil packs infused with herbs, moxa, and teaching of Your Abdominal Massage (Y.A.M.), as well as a mini perineal steam if indicated.

If perineal steam is added to a session, we will create a custom herbal formula for you.

Follow-Up session:

Abhyanga Massage: This traditional ayurvedic treatment uses dry garshana brushing and warm, herb-infused oil and combines light to medium pressure with methodical, lymphatic draining strokes.

Add dough Basti $50

Dough Basti: This type of Basti is created by placed a dough dam, filled with warm herbal oil on your womb, low back or heart area. This is a deeply nourishing and healing treatment, and includes the application of a basti, as well as a scalp, face, and foot massage.
